QUALITY LABORATORY AND TEST FACILITIES

BENO PLASTIC has determined quality control criteria for all products with the aim of meeting customer satisfaction both inside and outside. Input quality controls for incoming and original raw materials and recycling raw materials and process and output quality controls for semi-finished products and products are regularly carried out so that each stage of production is under control. Tests and measurements are carried out in various titles in accordance with international standards with the test equipments and measurement equipments in our Quality Control Laboratory.

  • DENSITY MEASUREMENT

    The density measurements of the supplied raw materials, semi-finished products and products are made according to ASTM D 1505-03 Test Standard. The density of the material, which does not contain any voids, is measured in the alcohol, the density of which is determined first by the air, and then the density of the material is determined.

  • MELT FLOW INDEX (MFI) MEASUREMENTS

    The melt flow index (MFI) of original and recycled plastic raw materials coming from our company with the Melt Flow Index Measuring Device g / 10 min.   • ISODE STRENGTH MEASUREMENT MEASUREMENT

    The pulse impulse test measures the amount of energy absorbed by the material due to a major sudden impulse and is used to evaluate the longevity of the material. Notched and notched test rods of original and recycled raw materials according to current standard are produced with their sample molds and the measurement is made in kJ / m² according to ISO 180 / A standard.   • CHARPY STABILITY RESISTANCE MEASUREMENT

  • STRESS TEST

  • FILLING DETERMINATION

  • HARDNESS MEASUREMENT

  • MOISTURE DETERMINATION

  • DIMENSIONAL MEASUREMENTS

    Dimensional measurements of semi-finished products and products are made by comparing our measurement devices which are regularly calibrated and technical drawings.

  • STRENGTH TESTS

    The strength tests of our products are made according to Beno Plastic Quality Instructions. With drop tests, our products are tested against shock resistance and hand grips with pressure application. We also test the performance of our pallets according to the BS EN ISO 8611-1: 2004 / DIN 55423-5 standard and the impact resistance of our pallets as a result of the test of our pallets according to the BS EN ISO 8611-1: 2004 standard.

  • ESD (ELECTRO STATIC DISCHARGE)

    ESD measurements of all products manufactured for the electronics industry are made with MEGAOHMMETER according to EN 50081-1 and EN 50082-1 standards.
