The B-4618 DB automation Box has been designed to meet the requirements of automated storage and material handling systems. Thanks to its double-base design, it delivers reliable and stable performance on conveyors, shuttles, AS/RS systems, and other automated handling applications.

With external dimensions of 40 × 60 × 18 (h)  cm, it is the most compact model in the DB Series. Its low-profile design makes it an ideal solution for applications requiring reduced height, while its standard footprint ensures seamless integration into automated systems. All models within the DB Series share the same base dimensions and are fully compatible with one another in terms of stacking and operational use. This allows boxes of different heights to be used together within the same operation. The robust body structure and automation-optimized double-base design contribute to smooth, quiet, and uninterrupted product flow throughout the system.

Suitable for manufacturing, warehousing, and intralogistics operations, the B-4618 DB can be cleaned in industrial washing systems after use and quickly returned to service. This feature makes it a reliable choice for industries where hygiene is a key requirement.

In addition to manufacturing with 100% food-contact-safe raw materials, Benoplast can also produce the box using environmentally responsible recycled materials sourced from its own recycling facilities. Depending on customer requirements, the product can be manufactured in different colours and with recycled material options, supporting sustainability objectives.

The B-4618 DB can be customised with screen printing, standard or sequential numbering, hot stamping, and RFID tag applications, providing additional advantages for traceability and operational management. Optional drainage holes prevent water accumulation inside the box caused by cleaning operations or fire suppression systems, ensuring effective drainage and enhancing operational safety.
