The B-4632 DB automation Box has been designed for the safe and efficient handling of high-volume products in automated storage and material handling systems. Its double-base design ensures reliable and stable performance on conveyors, shuttles, AS/RS systems, and other automation applications.

With external dimensions of 40 × 60 × 32 (h) cm, it is the highest-capacity model in the DB Series. While maintaining the same footprint as the other models in the series, it offers increased storage volume, making it an ideal solution for operations with high product density. All models in the DB Series share the same base dimensions and are fully compatible with one another in terms of stacking and operational use. This allows boxes of different heights to be used efficiently within the same system. Its robust construction and automation-optimized double-base design support smooth and uninterrupted product flow throughout operations.

Featuring a high-impact-resistant body structure, the box provides long service life even under demanding industrial conditions. After use, it can be cleaned in industrial washing systems and quickly returned to service. This makes it a reliable choice for applications where hygiene requirements are a priority.

In line with Benoplast’s environmentally responsible manufacturing approach, the B-4632 DB can be produced using 100% food-contact-safe raw materials or recycled materials, depending on customer requirements. It is also available in various colour options to meet specific operational needs.

The B-4632 DB can be customised with screen printing, standard or sequential numbering, hot stamping, and RFID tag applications, providing additional advantages for traceability and operational management. Optional drainage holes prevent water accumulation inside the box caused by cleaning operations or fire suppression systems, ensuring effective drainage and helping to protect stored products.
