The B-4627 DB automation Box has been designed to maximize efficiency in automated storage and material handling systems. Its double-base design ensures reliable and stable performance on conveyors, shuttles, AS/RS systems, and other automation applications.

With external dimensions of 40 × 60 × 27 (h) cm, it represents the medium-height option within the DB Series, providing an ideal balance between storage capacity and operational efficiency. All models in the DB Series share the same base dimensions and are fully compatible with one another in terms of stacking and operational use. This allows DB Series boxes of different heights to be used together within the same automation system. The high-impact-resistant body structure, combined with the automation-optimized double-base design, ensures reliable performance even under intensive operating conditions.

Designed for manufacturing, warehousing, and intralogistics operations, the B-4627 DB can be cleaned in industrial washing systems after use and quickly returned to service. This feature makes it particularly suitable for industries where high hygiene standards are essential.

In line with Benoplast’s sustainable manufacturing approach, the product can be produced using 100% food-contact-safe raw materials or, upon customer request, environmentally responsible recycled materials. Different colour and material options are available to meet specific operational requirements.

The B-4627 DB can be customised with screen printing, standard or sequential numbering, hot stamping, and RFID tag applications, providing additional advantages for traceability and operational management. Optional drainage holes prevent water accumulation inside the box caused by cleaning processes or fire suppression systems, ensuring effective drainage and supporting operational safety.
